Bethany Rowley is a former gymnast, dancer, and cheerleader, who has been working with personal training clients for over 27 years. She offers a rare combination of advanced academic training, personal experience as a professional competitive athlete in multiple sports, and an extensive background in personal training and proper nutrition guidance. Her professional sports have included powerlifting, bodybuilding, physique, fitness, figure, and bikini. The former multiple gym owner has authored 13 books and eBooks on various topics of health and nutrition, including Health Regimens for the Corporate Individual. Her many articles on the topic of health and fitness have been published in several international publications over the last two decades. She was voted “Best Personal Trainer of The Year” for 2013 for the Washington, D.C. Metro Area by Metro Weekly and The Blade Newspaper.
